ic...means is kinda not easy to do this hack in edit wz file?

Some quest can redo after 24hours,is there posible to change the repeatable quest time frame? or can we change the quest item quantity? maybe like need 1 piece instead of 100 piece then enuf? im trying edit wz file..seem not working..anyone try b4? if yes please give some clue. thanks find hack for ...
