is it possible to use the vac on land mobs and in maps where there is no oberon? or in maps where there is only one type of mob?

i've successfully used it for other items as well. credits to the TS who made this hack.

i'd just like to ask, is there a way to fulfill all the 5 set conditions for the blizzard hero set using the similar way we create set item godmode?
