To get Maker skill u need to be at least lvl 35.
If you are lvl 35 or more u will need to go magatia and do the quest. The quest giver is located in a house beside Phyllia and Kenny <<(Might be wrong spelling). u will need 30k in total. U will need to talk to him <<(the quest giver) and the head of zuemist (The house to the extrem left , He will be in there.) and Huckle (Orbis tower under the water. or map be4 Aquaroad) And go back to the Quest giver and u will get the Maker skill.
For a lvl 2 Maker skill u will need to be lvl 75. U will need a Intermidate Monster Crystal 1. (It is made by using lvl 71- 80 de mob ETC . Just go kill Homunculus and gather the ETC there . Homunculus is located at Lab 202.) NOTE : U might need to try alot of times as he might reject the crystal u made.)
For a lvl 3 Makter skill u will need to be lvl 105. U will need 6 gold 2 steel and one Lituium (NOT ORE) and make it into a Gold Anvil. After u made it u need to give it to the Quest giver to get Maker lvl 3.
