i wanna learn how to make a timer actually countdown, like.. 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1. how update the caption to reflect this?

yes it can be done, just change the installation path, or u can try copy paste from program files to ur hdd

when i do that, they say i am missing a file called rtl70 or smth like that. when i googled it, it says that its a system32 file. i can't modify my schools com as i do not have the admin account.

when i installed delphi on my hdd, i brought it to my school com, yet it says the a file called rtl70.bpl cannot be found. i googled it, and ppl mentioned that its a system32 file that delphi uses.
