Actually have many version of ending and these not created by the creator of Doraemon.
These ending are mostly created by doraemon's fans or creator's friends.
i have a website of chinese version, have 5 or more ending not same as stated :

nobita's dream
nobita become pro in robotics and let doraemon have its ear and alive.
more and more endings there..
