You could have war anytime. The 3 main nations are France, Germany, and Russia. Not USA. But USA is the strongest in the union. Just start the war at your wish, the only thing u get is get screwed by the union immediately.
Malaysia and Indoneisia is gonna have war soon. Singapore would have a hard time if both have war, because we are in between both countries now. We must bootlick USA more!!!!!!
