This doesn't work.
And this NzPI is only for GMS and EMS.
TheNullz from GK has realise an open source Packet Editor which can be edited to be compatible with MapleSEA.
But sadly I'm sucks in coding so I can't do anything LOL.
Anyway, for those who don't know, this is the link for the open source Packet Editor http://code.google.com/p/zpacketedit...#svn/trunk/ZPE

This is just at source code. Not really a real PE.
You need some programming knowledge to compile it and run.
But before that because it's only for GMS, you need to change the source code to MSEA compatible or else it wouldn't work.
That's all my knowledge about this, I'm trying to learn the source code but for now I'm still new. >.<
