How the heck do you make a vac become a vac.I don't get what you mean.And which forum are you talking about I tried google and all the forums i know can't find a shit.

It makes your first teleport lesser MP than real then the second time it reduces the correct amount of MP. (Teleport range change is not working as well)

you're not getting it. What unlimtied/no mp tele does is allow you to use teleport EVEN WHEN YOUR MP is 0. If you still have enough MP to use teleport, the usual amount of MP will be consumed.
