First, I`ll have to know, what type of ban are you, get ban by GM or a/b. If a/b, itz ok, just wait.

If GM ban, you MUST give twice the level of your highest level character in your @passport, in SGD(e.g. highest level = 100, give 200SGD or RM480)

@NoobHacker: If straight release account after ban period, WHY my account banned since September 2009, until now already more than 9 months, WHY my account still cant log in????????????????? STILL GOT CASH INSIDE AH!!!!!!!

You can choose to register as other country, like india, then the IC part anyhow type.
