I've not downloaded it.
But here are a few questions:
01) This patches WZ files, right?
02) Which WZ file does it patch?
03) What if some people, me; for example, do not have a clean WZ file?
04) Do you mind posting what you edited to achieve low delay? o.0

3) donwload a clean wz file
4) the delay of the action that use the skill

It increases the chance for a DC, I think =/
It doesn't always DC, DCs on occasion.

I tried MC PQ with it about 3games.
DC'd 1/3 games, lol
