Go to Showa Town

Go to Crow Forest I or II

Find a blue box

Look around the map for a blue circular monster with wings and a tail

If there is no such monster, CC.

When you see it, all Crows will fly around the Oberon (the blue monster) if you downloaded and injected this hack correctly.
