Fake la. He only bought 1 wand and copy and paste into each empty item slots.
As for mesos, the font used in MapleStory is 'Arial' so he just use eraser and erased the previous amount of mesos, and write the new amount in. Simple Editing.

I went in and didn't see anything related to name changing.

This photo is EDITTED !! You just cut and paste ??? lolx ? the distance betweeen the item slot are not same and ur item are not tidy .. You want to scam people and putting keylogger inside ??
