Read carefully. They fixed the problem already. The summons work, but any speed hack/NDS will DC you. If you don't believe it, go try yourselfBoredness wrote:stop it! it's just a bug!

NDS is permanently patched. It has nothing related to whatsoever "attack counter" you guys are talking about. Its practically the end of NDS.
