since .net framework is released,the perfomance between C++,C#,F# and VB are almost same!

Well, i want to learn the language for game hacking like Delphi 7 or C++, these 2. for basic game hacking, not making any program.
I think Delphi is good since we just need to design the gui, some checkbox and put in the adddress for it to be activate, somehow like nerranazi's tutorial, Dll trainer ?.
