Unknown ban may be forever....sometimes.
Well..Since p/b will be unbanned after 28years +, wait for it ya.
I am still counting down for that though. 27 years 7 months +++ left....

Hmm..I got this issue before.
It was a 3 days auto-ban for me.
You can try to send a Qbox to asiasoft to ask about the freezing during login time.
They will inform you what kind of banning was on you.
