Everyone felt the same as you when they did the same thing. If you mean by reporting, I guess it won't ban you if you log out immediately.

I've been delay around 2-3 secs and was teleported on the air..
it delayed because i had just shocked with suddenly teleported and cant make the act back..
scary now.. i dont dare to go into the account with that character right now..
