had run v97 Mob Package v2 [Clean Mob.wz Starer].rar
is it need to run v97 Mob Package v2.0.rar?

Clean Mob.wz Starter means if you lazy to patch from v1 to v2 like the update version.
You can straight use Clean Mob.wz to patch for Mob Package v2 Without Using Mob Package V1
