ya thatz right, coz Smart KB is an ACTIVE skill. Whatz active??? All attacks skills are active skills. All skills that will show an icon at the upper-right corner are Active skills (Pirate`s Dash). All skills that changes your abilities ACTIVELY. (the ability number is red and like "Defense:15(10+5)") Combo Ability is an active skill. Conclusion: All skills that decreases MP are Active skills except Combo Ability.

Active skills`s bonus stats cannot be edited. (Except movement n action(Instant buff/Flash Step)) Only Passive skills can be edited (like BoF/BoS, Nimble Body, Quick Motion, Fake).
