Whoa. Actually its not really about the weather or anything,but it just feels more comfortable and it kinda helps me to sleep better too. As for sleeping totally naked you will actually dirty your bed >.<

agree....sometime if din on air con..sometime weather gone mad(Hot)...then keep sweating...well...i always take a bath before i sleep...after bath will be better...coz when you got a bit sticky it cause you feel uncomfortable....well...as for totally naked(still wearing innner pant)...will be help relax....coz nothing tight on ur body...feel more relax....not suit for the person who easilly sick/caught cold.. lolz

Uhm, the most I do is sleep half naked but I rarely do that as the breeze in my house is too strong. I usually wear bermudas and a t-shirt.
