Who wanna giv a load of $ to Asiasoft for a naked account? I rather start a new one.
=.= my highest level in that account = lv63 = SGD126 = RM302.40 (what the F**** RM300+ i rather go buy 100k @cash RM240)

just curious, means if u can refresh ur ip, no matter what kind of ban u can still just remake ur acc ? because someone mentioned IP ban=GM ban. is there any offense that causes u not to play forever n ever (even creating new acc) using the same IP ?

In Malaysia normal internet package is random IP once restart your modem , for the Enterprise package it has a fixed IP because they need to make a server.

ban IP is impossible
but if you do like destroy microsoft server, they can go to malaysia ISP and check this IP refers to which user
if you do it at home and one day police will around your home
If cybercafe, they can check too,they will ask the counter for which time you used the computer something like that
just don't do it too worse
