It does if u know how to edit the wz files~ i did it for evan ice breath, whereby there is no cooldown for the breath and the whole process of breathing ice only takes around 0.2 seconds so i can like spam it without limitation peace out babehs

i tried editting heal but once i spam i straight DC ! XD while magic claw no1 willing to tell me its action in char.wz ...

can edit bowman low delay???
