that's the skin. Nothing to do with masturbation. It shrinks in the cold, and expands when it is warm. Natural response to keep your balls safe from the heat/cold. If you study bio you will know that the enzymes will denature in hot temperature, and go inactive in cold temperature. Can't risk that.

U take bio ar?im taking combine science.Lol but when never steam or what right,the balls like hanging in the air very thin also
