All Monster Package are contain with Vac at these specific location as I written. You must wait for the following monsters to spawn to get the vac.
Read FAQs: No. 4 since it is written where the location it will spawn.

Require Clean Mob.wz to Patch.
Doesn't go through V1 Patching.
