Uhm when I try and download the C++ thing it goes and just disapears after the [Gathering Information] part;;

Ok so when you double click and download it says do you accept and stuff;;

then you press yes and then it goes to the window that says Gathering required Information. then the Green bar bellow it;;
after that it just dissapears for me;

This is what the First one looks like;;


Then after you click yes it goes to this window right?


Then after that it just dissapears;;
Is that suppose to happen, because I still get the same Error thing that looks like this:

Try Click "Yes" to close the editor and go to the download page on Microsoft's site.
And Please Restart before using.
