Erm... is it possible to remove the cast time of Ice Breathe for Evan? I mean with using wz edit...

I mean the prepare... Isn't that when use Ice Breathe, need to charge to make the attack higher? Is it possible to remove that prepare but the attack still increased?

change back triple swing to normal delay -60 oso keep dc= =
