wad is jq godmode? and is it the most safe godmode is super avoid? does it means that, even monster use magic attack to u also miss?

i got problem with HaRepacker. my computer is vista. and it cant work it out? any way to solve it? it say i dun hab install

i tried the FTL to vac mobs to raika. But none of the mobs was vacced.
