Uh not just technical.
Even those who from express stream or normal academic stream who fails, will get kick to ite too.
And normal academic have a choice to go sec 5 to take 'O' level , or go to ite O_O.

Pass English (MUST)
Pass Math (MUST i think)
Pass 3/2 other best Subject(Not sure 2/3)

Need EMB3.

I think this year alot people go ite.
