2. Time was very lucky is was the Witch Tower event people the Pink Bean EQ Baka Bad so the Granada Flower Scam was Formed and earned about 10mil

It's a very high likelihood that it's permanent (9999 day) ban. That was what happened during the v0.83 days where by one would log in and DC about 5 seconds later. No message at all. Only in the next patch, v0.86, the user was greeted with a permanent ban message.
