accidental births are a burden to society, as no one would want to take responsibility for them. Yes, we want to inrease population, but not have a population of orphans, delinquents, and orphans.

As nowadays more and more teenage pregnancy, then all like don't want takecare of it when born.

honestly the baby bonus is not enough to settle ALL the needs of the child. Toys, food, clothing, milk, prams, a new house, school fees, etc etc etc. It was meant to be an incentive as people refused to pro-create due to the rising cost of having a baby. (people in HDCs want the best for their children, unlike those in LDCs who have children as a source of income and as insurance in case their siblings die due to illnesses.)

What i mean about the baby bonus is they just wan the $ and then the baby don't care liao.
They don't sue the $ for the baby but themself to enjoy
