Well for me I said BAN THEM!!!

I saw a lot of students smoking on cigarettes in outside school by skipping school...
Well in chinese said:

是饭后一根烟，快点见神仙！
NO! Is After a meal a cigarette, Faster Meet God!
Meaning:
If you suck a cigarette, your life will be shorten and saw the God!

Well I know Singapore might Banned cigarettes a long time ago? Since the Litter on Floor Fined...

Well for Malaysia not so much...

Let me tell you what happened.
Today 10/3/2010 afternoon, I was going to school for afternoon class(SESI PETANG) by Van. My Van when to the back school gate. Normally, the Van Driver send us at the front gate because other people in the Van wanted to go to the 7 Eleven/Indian Prata Shop to eat and drink. Once dropped off us down the Van, I noticed my school back gate haven open so I went back walking to the construction site gate at the back to enter. While walking I saw two students from Morning Class(SESI PAGI) Skipping Class and School to Smoke. And I saw it while I passing by those 2 when they were ducking from the school's brick wall since they were tall and I walked back quickly to the school and told my friend not walk to the construction site gate to go out to eat or drink later they saw the 2 students and they saw you and punch them in the face...

Well as I know students are became like drug dealers lol...

Well I know it since every Paper 2 of English exam in Malaysia I only get 3 over 4 of it correct.

cigrattes should not even exist.

if there no cig there will be no ppl so early die and cig kill ppl

Your grammar is fine but it could be better.
Okay, I live in Canada, and just about everywhere it says "No Smoking" it's really nice because it always smells nice outside and inside places such as bowling alleys, stores and stuff. No one smokes at my school and not many people smoke in my area and it's really nice to always have clean air when I open my window.

Understandable but not perfect.

My view is that the malaysian government makes more money not banning cigarattes. Or they can impose taxes, but that would be impossible to control given corruption and the large area. People would simply move to illegal cigarattes and that would cause the government to lose money.
