L> Hack/Trainer Program Name

My buddy told me that he went to his friend house and saw her using a trainer hack but he never take notice of the name of the hack.
I do not know her and my buddy is not very close to her as well, so I cannot ask him to ask her.
The hack work like this:
The char will auto cast spell/skill at different location, will climb up/down rope, move left and right, up and down.
Basically everything auto.
I have been searching around but did not find anything like this, anyone know the name of the hacking program?
I understood that it requires some form of macro programming or some sort to instruct the char to do things like above.
I read some posts here from iSean and others about using harepacker 3.3, rendering map, map foothold, pvac, etc
All these only change the behaviour of the map and mobs. What about the char itself?
I am not a pro in hacking (previously did some .wz file editing only - no delay, no magicattack, etc).
I'm interested in knowing how the above hack/trainer is being done.
Anyone can shed some lights for me, so I can continue searching with some new information.
Thanks in advance.
