How to solve this Harepacker error?

I try all the version of harepacker till 3.3 all got this error. Pls help. Thanks.

Reinstall everything.Sometimes even restarting computer will do.=.=

oh god~~~~~ you need to reinstall windows.....

The second solution is: check for virus.

3rd solution : go download another harepacker

Try update your .Net framework.
