No, the propeties of the scroll or the success rate is control by the server
so... you can't change it.

Again, someone who CANT read english and post such thread at release section.
Packet Editing is the only way to scroll hack. Ask richie86, he is master of packet edit.

Only way to have higher chance to pass it to scroll 60% scroll.
Then if success, send the same packet to server again and u must not move or anything.
that scroll must be the same type.

ok.. use wpe and scroll item with 60% scroll and if success just resend the packet? like dat?
