Nvidia is making chipset for AMD CPU also.
Like NVCC is a clone function of ACC
ACC= Advance Clock Calibration , NVCC= Nvidia Clock Calibration.

ACC is a BIOS hack to all 45nm CPU.
You can get a cheap Phenom II x3 720 and unlocked it to a Phenom II x4 B20.
Which mean a "beta" business-Class CPU.

It also able to unlock a Athlon II x4 to a full power Phenom II with additional 6MB L3 cache.
