I doubt Hotspotshield work. You need a Socks 5 Proxy from taiwan.

Not sure though, I just downloaded v113 and use hotspot shield to update to v115, well I never went into game.
haha..you can try Your Freedom and use ProxyCap to change to taiwan IP.
