9. no delay buff

EDIT: Sry about the 999 acuracy thing.. try this one..
EDIT: Should i make no delay buff for all jobs??
EDIT: Made no delay for buffs for magician... u wan other no delay for other job pls request cos i lazy make for other job i not using =.=
EDIT: no delay buff for all buff (hopefully) but the aran skill i not sure can or not cause some need combo
