Is there any free program that let your internet speed increase or stuff? I found out that actually my speed is damm slow and i'm using 7.2mbps....

nope, it mostly depends on your isp and the web server u surfing or downloading. There are alot of factors that will affect the internet connection like your com may be trojaned? and many more.

Speedup computer speed is possible like clean up system rubbish and delete some useless registry
Speedup network is impossible and the "Speed up software" always contains virus or tronjan or adware
