Which .Net Framwork for 64bit vista and 64bit window 7

As stated which .Net Framework for 64bit vista and window 7 to use HaRepacker. I downloaded .Net framwork 4.0 for windows 7. But harepakcer still says not a valid win32 application

That might be your registry error.
Not sure though.

how can i fix this ? because its a new com and my previos com with 32bit didn have anyproblem o.o

Or it might be the Harepacker doesn't support 64 bits.
