[RLS] V94 Low Delay Hack Patcher

Yo duudees,
This is the update for Low Delay Hacks for V94 MapleSEA onlyyyy
Spammable Skills
Double Swing
Triple Swing
Full Swing(with Double and Triple Swing)
Overswing(with Double and Triple Swing)
Ice Breath
The other skills as far as I know, are not spammable, so I have not included them here. They can be made easily at your leisure if you need them.

Its is significantly faster for me, but if you spam it UBER vigorously it will still dc you. I classified it under the "Spammable Skills" section because it has a much lower percentage of dc-ing then the other skills.

i tried it and it makes a very big difference . Now i can use pot faster
. And for ice breath , if you charge it to the max and then keep doing that = you will never dc and its fast . Maybe big bang and all those chargeable skills will benefit from this . I will try and mess around with this . it seems fun .
One last thing , when changing the Char.wz the skin colour must be the same as the char i am using right ?
