Embarcadero RAD 2010 can be use to code in C++ and Delphi. I don't know Delphi so this might work or might not.

Here you go.

1.Download and install RAD2010 with serial: HAAL-DANSGN-FZR5AG-M3BS
2.Download and apply Help Update 2
3.Download and apply Hotfix 2 or here
4.Use Delphi.Distiller v.1.85 and enjoy
