Powerguard leech?

I know previously fighters and pages could hit high level mobs and get someone else to kill it to let the fighter/page leech. Before anyone links me to google that, I hav googled everyhing on powerguard leech and hav found no solution. So here's my question. Can powerguard be wz editted to allow me to hit the mobs and leech again? All help appretiated thx

No solution available, they fix it quite good this time. So think of something else...
