anyone mind teaching me how to make a moving siggy without backgrounds?coz backgrounds eat alot of time..monster still ok appreciated if anyone help

Find a Background in http://maplestorybackgrounds.blogspot.com/ and get it as the Background Layer.
That Simple O_o" For Animation. I can't do alot of frames X_X. And Micro Features Like my Wolf in my Siggie since it requires Alot of Eye Pain Works.
