GM Fail BAN?

Okay this is seriously getting out of hand. I played with a group of my friends at NLC , where the gryphons flying all around.
Yeah that place. Im just fooling around with my friends . But im not hacking , NOT AT ALL.
After 2x this afternoon at 4:00pm , i just got banned with 10 friends of mine.
Now seriously? Is this a fail ban? I didnt even hack. Attack monsters. Or join my friends party , Just chilling and chatting to them at NLC.
And after i told the long hard story i had to type to asiasoft email. This is what they said.
And they are telling me that im a hacker. Right.
That's it , Thats why it's a fail ban.

Decisions made by the GMs are final, regardless of the person who is using the character at the time of the enforced ban and All decision made are final and no appeals will be entertained.
