My Internet Connection

Well..if i'm wrong section den i'm sorry since i don't know which section it is.Okay my internet connection really sucks.After on for 19 hours it auto D/Cs and made me cant connect till the next day.Every time i on my internet it'll like must wait for around 10 mins.I'm currently using streamyx so...any suggestion on how to fix it?If not enough detail just leave a post here and i'll answer back.

are u using a modem, router or sumthing?

Maybe is your DSL line is bad.
Somehow link to iSean also. Both using streamyx and have abnormal connection.

make sure all wires are securely plugged in. try unplug all and plug back in. often the case might be some loose wire or smth. since ur using a router i guess its normal to wait 10mins for internet to be up. i myself take several minutes whenever i restart my router.
