Request : (0xc000007b) aplication fail problem

I'm having a problem opening hacking programe like : Harepacker , maple injector ......................
when i open it , it came out a warning box writting [The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000007b) . click on OK to terminate the application.] . All this wz edditing things is working for me for the few last week , but today when i trying to open it , it came out this massages .
Is there any solution ?? i have also trying to install the latest NET FRAME 4.0 but still having the same problem .

*this is my first post on forum , correct me if i post it on the wrong section or out topic .

If you're on win 7 or Vista,run them as administrator.

Which Harepacker are you using?About the injector,inject it during HackShield running or AhnLab running.

well , i have already solve this error by just clicking system restore , Thx anyway :)

i had an error : (0xc0000035) when i open injectors and HaRepacker 3.5 or the newer versions. any solution to fix the error?
P/S: i use free AVG 2011 and i tried adding them into the "excluded items" in "Advanced settings".
