More details:

how i got 2+ clients to open up was to port each client to a specific dhcp network emu throught the router. The result is
different client identification on the hardware level.
The mistake was that there were also other dependecies which must be directed to the router
being emulated so that it can work.Simple to say that is, that dependencie wasnt included.

Further details:
No it wasnt an virus, what happened when you guys openned it was memory leak towards the network as there simplicly wasnt any
service to direct it to your specific router.
It showed up as a false positive to some of you as it send port emu towards the router just like how a virus sends info/keylogs to the hacker

What now?
i am now working on making a router dhcp standalone so that this can work on win 7 (currently only win 7) 32bit as window 7 support advanced fuget dhcp protocols
if anyone wants the source to my current non dhcp emu, feel free to pm me

UPDATE: Nothing comes up in Win7 Ultimate. Set compatibility to Vista SP2 results are the same.

UPDATE #2: File highly suspicious. Warn against running it. Unknown file loaded up in HKCU/HKLM auto runs despite repeated reboots.

UPDATE #3: Trojan Dropper Fake SVCHost. Scanned, detected and removed by SuperantiSpyware.
