i dont know to choose security or systems. originally i chose security. but due to the high demand in security, my module coordinator came to try to psycho us to systems/application. as u all know, there is a higher and higher demand for cloud computering and singapore poly is going to have the largest cloud server in asia, with 5 VM to each person. the deal is rather attractive and i cant make up my mind. i hope someone who has experience could give their opinion.

I think you better choose computer security..You will be hired by the gov to monitoring all the network in SG maybe if you passed the courses well..
I suggest you take Ethical Hacking course as I do which can easily get job from other country.

there is a quick increase in demand for cloud technology in the world due to its cost effectiveness and no maintance is required by the company. and besides that, my school is going to own the largest cloud server in all of asia. which is why i cant decide between systems and security.

and i have no intention to work for the organisation who nearly made me in jail due to some retarded mapler.

It depends on what you think you can study.

Learning Network Topologies is not easy as you think.
If you take security, you need to make sure you won't fall a sleep when you are doing Networking module.
It will be a add-on about it and more dry topic.

Networking and Security are link together. A secure Network won't have problem from been hacked.

As for System administration, company can outsource those India workers.

Doing networking is more to fight with India Networkers. =)

It mean that those company can hire foreign workers to save cost.
Plus Indian Network admins are really very good.
