I have searched for it from high to low but still could not find how to do it,if anyone knows how to leak scripts from trainers please pm or post a guide thanks

How do u put pic into CE Trainer? i am trying to make one for myself and maybe will release it.

I need to design the hole trainer for that Bg X.x", Only Take me a few min to done it.
