How to join taiwan ms?i know the web ler but must we need proxy?
i tried to create account but all in chinese is freaking hard sia.....got any tut?

Get a China NRIC generator. Go to the GASH thingy to sign up. (its their asiasoft). Try using Google Translate lol. Its not that hard really.
