That is precisely why there should used that Ending.
The ending They used made Kira look Rather Pathetic.
I mean In my opinion the Ending they use does'nt really has the
Kira feel where his suppose to be some Genius.
Whereby this Ending. it's where under any circumstances he still
a Smartass who wants to apply his Justice~

Isn't this fanmade? However I remember that there is a new death god in the director's cut which is extremly similar to Light..

The director's cut is made in such a way so that the death god could be Light, but also can be something else, so that everyone, whether they support Light or support L, will be happy. I suppose you are anti-L?
